All orders placed on bio-actif.quebec are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation. This processing time is in addition to the delivery times by Canada Post depending on the service selected.

Order tracking
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Canada Post tracking number. You can track your package at any time on the Canada Post website.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our satisfaction guarantee — Unopened products
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any product unopened and in its original packaging , if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
Applicable conditions:
The product must be returned in its original, unopened, unused, and perfect condition packaging. The safety seal must be intact. The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the receipt date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of an error on our part.
What you will receive, at your choice:
• A store credit equal to the price paid, valid for 12 months on bio-actif.quebec
• An exchange for another product of equivalent value
Important note: Due to hygiene and safety standards applicable to cosmetic and natural health products in Canada, opened or partially used products cannot be returned. This restriction is imposed by Canadian health regulations and aims to protect the health of all our customers.
Defective or damaged products upon delivery
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transport, or different from what you ordered, we undertake to rectify the situation at no cost to you.
Contact us within 7 days of receipt by providing us with your order number, a photo of the product concerned, and a brief description of the problem. We offer you the choice of product replacement at our expense or a full refund credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Order error on our part
If we have shipped a product different from the one you ordered, we assume full responsibility. Contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange for the collection of the incorrect product at our expense and the priority shipment of the correct product.
Products excluded from returns and exchanges
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange, except in case of confirmed manufacturing defect:
• Products opened or with a broken safety seal
• Products purchased on final sale (50% off and more), clearly identified as such at the time of purchase
• Products whose 30-day return period has expired
• Products damaged by misuse or improper storage
How to initiate a return request — 4 simple steps
Step 1 — Contact us
Email us at info@bio-actif.com or call us at 450-979-2506 (Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.) by providing your full name, order number, the product(s) concerned, the reason for the return, and your preference (store credit or exchange).
Step 2 — Confirmation
Our team will respond to you within 2 business days to confirm your request and provide you with shipping instructions and the return address.
Step 3 — Return shipping
Carefully package the product and ship it to the address indicated in our confirmation. We recommend using a service with a tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
Step 4 — Processing
Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, your store credit will be activated or your exchange shipped within 5 business days.
Your legal rights (Consumer Protection Act — Quebec)
This policy applies to purchases made under normal conditions and is in addition to the rights granted to you by the Consumer Protection Act of Quebec. This law notably grants you the right to cancel a distance contract under certain circumstances provided for in articles 54.1 et seq. In case of conflict between this policy and the law, the law prevails.
