Delivery and shipping costs

Returns and delivery. Rates per order start at $9.99 for regular service, plus taxes. These rates are fixed, regardless of the address, province or number of items in the order.

Delivery times

Orders for items in stock at our warehouse must be processed within two working days, plus 3 to 7 working days for regular delivery. Bio-Actif cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery attributable to the carrier (Canada Post).

Return of merchandise purchased on our website or at our warehouse (with the exception of cosmetics and final sales)

No refunds will be given . However, if a health product purchased on our website does not suit you, you can return it to us in its packaging within 30 days of the date of dispatch. Cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged. Final sale items cannot be returned. Products must be returned in new condition. Products that do not comply with this rule cannot be exchanged . The delivery charges you have paid to receive your order are non-refundable.
