Shipping costs start at $ 9.99 per order for regular service, plus applicable taxes. These rates are fixed and remain the same regardless of address, province, or the number of items in the order.

Free shipping on orders of $ 40 or more. Standard shipping fee: starting at $7.99 before taxes.

Free delivery

Standard shipping is free on orders of $40 or more before taxes in Canada *. *This offer does not apply to orders shipped to Nunavut, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories. *Canada only

Delivery times

Please allow two business days for order processing of items in stock at our warehouse, plus an additional 2 to 5 business days for standard delivery. Bio-Actif cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by the carrier (Canada Post).

Return of merchandise purchased on our website or at our warehouse (excluding cosmetics and final sale items)

No refunds are given. However, if a health product purchased on our website is not suitable for you, you may return it in its original packaging within 30 days of the shipping date. Cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged . Items purchased on final sale are not returnable. Products must be returned in new condition. Products that do not meet this requirement cannot be exchanged . The delivery charges you paid to receive your order are non-refundable.
