Rates per order start at $11.95 for regular service, plus taxes. These rates are fixed and established regardless of the address, province or number of items in the order.

Delivery times

A period of two business days must be allowed for the processing of orders for items in inventory at our warehouse, to which must be added 3 to 7 business days for delivery by regular service. Bio-Actif cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery attributable to the carrier (Canada Post).

Return of merchandise purchased on our website or at our warehouse (except cosmetic products and final sales)

No refunds are granted. However, if a health product purchased on our website does not suit you, you can return it to us in its packaging within 30 days of the date of dispatch. Cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged . Items purchased on final sale cannot be returned. Products must be returned to us in new condition. Products that do not comply with this rule cannot be exchanged . The delivery costs you paid to receive your order are not refundable.
