Official Rules – “Bio-Active Summer Box” Facebook Contest

1. Organizer

The competition is organized by Bio-Actif , located at 109-40 Emilien-Marcoux, Blainville, QC, J7C 0B5.

2. Eligibility

This contest is open to all Quebec residents aged 18 and over. Excluded are employees of Bio-Actif, its representatives, agents, partners, as well as members of their immediate family or persons living under the same roof.

3. Duration of the competition

The contest begins on July 2, 2025 at 1:00 PM (EDT) and ends on July 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM (EDT). The drawing will take place on July 16, 2025 .

4. Price

One (1) Bio-Active summer box valued at $109.24 CAD , including:

• 1 Cleansing Milk
• 1 Renaissance Cream
• 1 Ester Blue Body Lotion
• 1 Fortifying Hair Serum

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-cashable. Bio-Actif reserves the right to replace a product with an equivalent of similar value in the event of unavailability.

5. Mode of participation

No purchase necessary. To participate, users must:

1. Like the Bio-Actif Facebook page
2. Like the contest post
3. Comment on the post by answering the question asked

Only one entry per person is allowed.

6. Selection of the winner

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries on July 16th. The winner will be contacted via Facebook private message and will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question. If no answer is received within 5 business days , a new drawing will be held.

7. General Conditions

By participating, users agree to the rules. This contest is not sponsored or associated with Facebook . Bio-Actif reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest in the event of fraud, error, or force majeure. Any attempt at manipulation will result in disqualification.
