Availability of items

All orders are prepared in our warehouse. Items in stock are normally shipped within 48 hours, and those not in stock are shipped within 7 to 10 days. If an item is unavailable, the customer will be notified by email and the item will be removed and refunded from the order.

Price

All prices listed on the website www.bio-actif.quebec are in Canadian dollars. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are extra. The price payable for each product is the one displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Bio-Actif reserves the right to change the price of items advertised on the website at any time and without notice.

Taxes

Sales taxes are calculated based on the province where the order will be shipped. For example, for Quebec, the taxes added will be the QST (Quebec sales tax) and the GST (federal goods and services tax).

Price Adjustment Policy

Upon request and presentation of the invoice, we can offer a price adjustment on items sold at regular price within 10 days of purchase.
