Tri-cephal

Je les prends régulièrement 3fois/jour, 1 caps pour une douleur lombaire. Il agit comme un anti-inflammatoire.
J’aime bcp. Il fait aussi les acides gras essentiels, bon pour bcp de choses. Faire baisser les triglycérides et bon aussi pour le cerveau.

J'utilise ce produit depuis quelques années. Il y a quelques mois, j'ai diminué la dose à 3 gellules par jour car je me sentais très bien...pour un bon moment. Je viens d'augmenter la dose aux recommandations et après 2 semaines, je vois la différence dans ma vitalité de prendre des décisions. J'ai moins de brouillard dans la tête.
