Dosage or Instructions for Use

Adults and children over 5 years old: Place one tea bag in a cup of hot water. Cover and let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes. If desired, sweeten with a teaspoon of honey. Drink one cup (250 ml) twice a day between meals.
